Terms and Conditions

I. BASIC CONCEPTS

1. Online Store: The online store located at siphouse.ie.
2. Account: The Buyer’s user account in the Online Store, created for shopping and managing orders.
3. Seller: SIPS House LTD, headquartered at 28 Baggot Street Lower, Dublin 2, Ireland.
4. Buyer: Any legally capable natural person or legal entity, including their authorized representatives, purchasing from the Online Store.
5. Construction Products/Products: SIP houses, modular houses, garden houses, wooden houses, garages, saunas, hot tubs, and other products sold by the Seller.
6. Contract: A purchase agreement between the Buyer and Seller for selected Products.
7. Rules: These general terms for the purchase and sale of Products in the Online Store.
8. Other Rules: Additional policies or documents required under Irish law or necessary for clarifying the rights and obligations of the Buyer and Seller.
9. Order: Products selected and ordered by the Buyer in the Online Store.
10. Parties: The Buyer and the Seller.

II. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. These Rules define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of both the Buyer and Seller in transactions conducted through the Online Store.
2. Before purchasing, the Buyer must confirm familiarity with the following:
   • General purchase and sale rules.
   • Privacy Policy.
   • Product delivery and return procedures.
   • Other published rules.
3. By purchasing and checking the agreement box during checkout, the Buyer confirms their understanding and acceptance of these Rules.
4. Contracts in the Online Store are concluded electronically under Irish law.

III. ONLINE STORE ACCOUNT

1. Buyers may purchase Products by creating an Account or as a guest.
2. Registered accounts require an email and password for access.
3. Buyers are responsible for providing and updating accurate information.
4. Account holders must ensure confidentiality of login details.

IV. PAYMENT FOR PRODUCTS

1. Payment methods include bank transfer or credit card via the PAYSERA platform.
2. VAT invoices are emailed upon delivery or pickup of Products.
3. The Contract is valid only after payment confirmation.

V. ORDER EXECUTION AND PRODUCT DELIVERY

1. Delivery begins once payment is confirmed in the Seller’s bank account.
2. The Buyer must accept the delivery personally or authorize a representative.
3. Delivery is included in the price unless otherwise stated.
4. Delivery timelines are agreed upon in advance, and Buyers are informed via email or phone.
5. Buyers must ensure the delivery site is accessible; otherwise, additional fees may apply for redelivery.

VI. BUYER’S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

1. Rights include the ability to cancel orders or return Products as per the Rules.
2. Buyers must comply with these Rules, update information promptly, and accept deliveries unless otherwise stated.

VII. SELLER’S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

1. The Seller reserves the right to modify or suspend Online Store operations.
2. If a Product is unavailable, the Buyer will be offered an alternative or refunded.
3. The Seller ensures privacy and compliance with data protection regulations.

VIII. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

1. Personal data is processed per Irish and EU regulations.
2. Data protection measures are in place to prevent unauthorized access or misuse.

IX. FINAL PROVISIONS

1. These Rules are governed by Irish law.
2. Disputes are resolved amicably; otherwise, through legal means in Ireland.
