All about delivery
The delivery of the project is already included in the price of the product, so no additional fee will be required.
About 3-4 days before the product delivery, the exact time will be coordinated with the client for when it would be most convenient for them to receive the completed project.
The client must have to plan unloading of order or can ask for siphouse.ie team to do it for you for an extra charge.
The location where the product is to be delivered must be easily accessible. Otherwise, the set of materials or the fully assembled house will not be delivered to the location, and the client will have to pay for any repeated delivery.
We also offer the option of delivering the project not only in Ireland but also in other European countries. An additional fee will apply here as well.

Order tracking
If the customer wishes, we can provide individual tracking of the order.
Manufacturing terms
The standard production time for a product is from 6 to 8 weeks if you choose a project from our sample catalog. If it’s about a custom project with specific client requests, then the production time for the product is from 8 to 12 weeks.
If the desired product is already in our stock, then we will deliver it within 7 days.
Of course, all these terms are approximate and may change depending on production occupancy.
We provide a 5-year warranty for all materials and products ordered from us. If we also construct the product, we offer a 5-year warranty for the construction.
Already manufactured products
If you have ordered a manufactured product, delivery will be scheduled immediately.
Orders in Europe
For those wishing to order to another country, we offer the possibility to deliver orders to other European countries. In such cases, an additional transportation fee will be applied.
Returns
All information about returning the product
If the minimum period for the product to be manufactured is 2 months, and the client cancels the order no later than 1 month, 20% of the advance payment is refunded. After more than 1 month, the advance payment is not refunded.
Refunds
Refunds are made within 14 days from the date of confirmation of the refund.
Payments
Payment of the product
When ordering any product project, a 50% advance payment (of the total product cost) is taken.
If the desired product is already in our stock, 100% of the amount is paid immediately.
Payment types
We accept bank transfers and card payments through the Stripe platform.
