A small, cozy log cabin is perfect for those who want to:
– have a separate house in their yard (for personal use, guests, or rental services);
– have a garden house in a garden community or a village, for example, somewhere near a lake;
– have one or more houses for holidays near the sea or a lake, river.
The building can be insulated and prepared for permanent or temporary living, for example, while the main house is being built. There can be various ideas for its use, and you can easily adapt the “Ellington” log cabin for your needs.
The rooms are arranged in a 27-square-meter area:
– living room combined with a kitchen;
– bedroom;
– bathroom.
You will find their dimensions and layout in the photo gallery of this house. Furniture and other household equipment are not included in the kit, but it can be ordered. Indicate desired additional services when placing your order:
– kitchen set;
– air conditioning;
– terrace installation;
– cabin installation.
There is also no gutter system, but it is recommended to order it to protect the wood from excess moisture. If you don’t want the natural wood color, we can paint it in your preferred color.
You can choose windows made of plastic (PVC) or wood. Please specify this preference when ordering the house.

As you already understand, it is built from logs, but they are prepared in the factory according to individual or standard orders. Therefore, all logs and other structural parts of the house will be ready, and there will be no need for additional work on them (shortening, thinning). The logs are made of dry, high-quality wood, so they are strong and durable, they retain all the best properties of wood. Therefore, you will feel the pleasant texture and the natural smell of wood. It is an efficient and a sustainable model.
An additional terrace can be attached to the garden house. Why is it worth it? Because after rain, puddles may form on the gravel or other surface of the yard (as shown in the picture), especially if the area is lower and damper.
