What are SIP’s?
Structural Insulated Panels (SIP) are a high-performance standardized system for residential and commercial building construction. The panels consist of an insulating foam core sandwiched between two structural facings, usually made of oriented strand board (OSB). SIP structures are produced in a modern factory and can be customized for individual projects. This is a very strong, energy-efficient, and cost-effective building system.
